I am a personal trainer of 17+ years, professor, nutrition coach, and mom of two energy filled boys. I thrive off connecting with people through fitness. To this day, teaching and personal training fill my cup to the brim. I am so lucky to call my passion my job.
But I’m a mom first and that’s where Busy Mom Body stemmed from. I needed quick and efficient workouts because I never knew when or how long I had. Add in a husband and 3 jobs... you get the idea - busy became my middle name.
Working out with a slammed schedule and kids around was the entire inspiration for Busy Mom Body. I know there are ladies out there like me trying to get their sweat in during episodes of Daniel Tiger, nap time, or after the kids go to bed.
I couldn’t find what I was looking for when I needed it - so I created it for other women.
Busy moms are my people and I absolutely love helping them reach their goals in a way that works with their lifestyles! This is for anyone trying to find their fitness groove but needs a nonjudgmental place to start.
