8 week program

The 8 week program was created by a busy mom FOR the busy mom! If you’re looking for consistency, a plan that works, and accountability all along the way - this is for you. 


Workouts can be done in under 25 minutes and are meant to build strength, endurance, and most importantly, keep you motivated to get moving most days of the week. 


  • Week 1: basics bootcamp and your initial assessment 
  • Weeks 2-9:  the official 8 week program
  • Week 10: catch up and final assessment 


Each week has 3 strength training days, 2 cardio days, and 2 rest days. All workouts are accessed from an easy to use app when it works for you. Early riser, nap time hustler, or after work: you choose the time.

STRONGER BY THE MONTH

Stronger by the Month is the perfect program for the busy mom looking for short and effective workouts. With month to month memberships, each session includes 3-4 strength workouts, 4 times a week, for 4 weeks. 


Best of all: All you need is a set of weights, a mat, and 25 minutes. 


This is done on YOUR time through an easy to use app complete with videos & everything timed out for you. It has everything you need: lower, upper, intervals, and so much core! Just press play and you’re one sweat away from a better mood.

Exercise is more than getting stronger: It’s about feeling better, less stressed, and more energetic. It can build confidence, help you sleep better, and increase your focus.
